1. Accurate Representation
Listings must reflect true physical addresses, operating hours, and genuine services. Fabricating office addresses in GROPEX Live Places or commercial hubs without physical presence is prohibited.
2. Professional Licensing Claims
Only practitioners holding valid accreditation from recognized bodies (e.g. COREN, NBA, ICAN) may present their profiles with statutory engineering, legal, or accounting titles.
3. Respectful Communication
Inquiries submitted to artisans and businesses must remain respectful and relevant. Spamming directory participants with unsolicited advertisements will lead to immediate account suspension.
